Orlando, FL

Orlando (/ɔːrˈlændoʊ/) is a town in the U.S. state of Florida and the county seat of Orange County. Located in Central Florida, it is the core of the Orlando metropolitan area, which had a populace of 2,509,831, in accordance to U.S. Census Bureau figures released in July 2017. These figures make it the 23rd-largest metropolitan area in the United States, the sixth-largest metropolitan location in the Southern United States, and the third-largest metropolitan location in Florida. As of 2018, Orlando had an estimated city-proper population of 285,713, making it the 71st-largest town in the United States, the fourth-largest town in Florida, and the state's biggest inland city.

The City of Orlando is nicknamed "The City Beautiful," and its symbol is the Linton E. Allen Memorial Fountain[8], generally referred to as definitely the "Lake Eola fountain" at Lake Eola Park. The Orlando International Airport(MCO) is the thirteenth-busiest airport in the United States and the 29th-busiest in the world.


Orlando is one of the most visited cities in the world primarily pushed by using tourism, principal events, and convention traffic, in 2018 the city drew more than seventy five million visitors. The two greatest and most internationally renowned visitor sights in the Orlando location include the Walt Disney World Resort, opened by way of the Walt Disney Company in 1971, and placed about 21 miles (34 km) southwest of Downtown Orlando in Bay Lake; and the Universal Orlando Resort, opened in 1990 as a mainexpansion of Universal Studios Florida. With the exception of Walt Disney World, most major points of interest are placed along International Drive with one of these attractions being The Wheel at ICON Park Orlando. The city is also one of the busiest American cities for conferences and conventions; the Orange County Convention Center is the second-largest conference facility in the United States.


Like different primary cities in the Sun Belt, Orlando grew rapidly from the Eighties up into the first decade of the twenty first century. Orlando is domestic to the University of Central Florida, which is the greatest universitycampus in the United States in phrases of enrollment as of 2015. In 2010, Orlando was once listed as a "Gamma−" stage international city in the World Cities Study Group's inventory.


The real estate market in Orlando is always busy, houses for sale are being sold in 75 days or less.  The median sales price for Single Family Homes in the Orlando area in October 2019 was $290,000 an 1.8% increment from last year. The average sales price was $357,565 that was 4.0% more than last year.

Kissimmee, Florida

Kissimmee (/ki'simi:/ ki-SIM-ee) named and incorporated in 1883. The name Kissimmee came from "Cacema" that means "long water".  Kissimmee is a family-oriented residential city in Osceola County, Florida.  Kissimmee is known for its off-the-beaten-path adventures, endless sunshine, proximity to world-famous theme parks and many hidden gems attractions. The City of Kissimmee was originally a small trading post on the northern bank of Lake Tohopekaliga known as the community of Allendale. As of the 2010 US Census, the population was 59,682 and it's a Principal City of the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area, which had a population of 2,134,411.
